An octagonal late 19th century Chinese hardwood pot stand or table - ADDITIONAL IMAGES CAN BE VIEWED BELOW:

This pot stand consists of an octagonal marble inset top surrounded by a hardwood edge, also of octagonal shape, with ball decoration.

The frieze below is profusely carved with flowers and foliage leading down to the four carved and shaped legs.

These are also carved with flower and foliage decoration and have a stretcher both at the top and at the bottom.

This piece is in very good original condition, of stable construction and can go straight into a home.
