A large decorative pair of mid 19th century French wrought iron andirons/fire dogs.

These consist of candle holders to the top with fleur de lys decoration.

The wrought iron scroll work leads down to various designs including rope twist embellishments and terminating with scroll feet.

These andirons are in good, original condition and would be ideal in a large fireplace.
