This chair was from the private collection of the respected antiques dealer in Fulham Road, Stephen Long.
He had an open & honest opinion to interior design & loved glamour & style as well as being well-known for the 'shabby chic' look - this is very much portrayed with this chair.
He was great friends with the designer John Fowler from childhood & this friendship continued for years.
This chair is in good original condition and is of stable construction.
