Leather bound complete set Thackeray's Works

Dimensions:

A late 19thc full set of 26 tooled Moroccan leather bound volumes by William Makepeace Thackeray.

This set was published by Smith, Elder & Co, 15 Waterloo Place, London in 1883.

The books are tan leather & the spines are of ornate gilded decoration with raised hubs. The interior consists of ornate marbled boards & marbled endpapers.

They are all in good condition & the hinges are all attached.The leather has retained a rich patina & just some slight rubbing in some areas can be found.
