This table consists of a single plank top with a superb aged appearance and wonderful patina leading down to two shaped trestle supports with pierced trefoil decoration, this being typical of Arts & Crafts design, the supports being joined with a shaped and aged stretcher.
This table was purchased due to its' superb patina, as good as many 17th century pieces of furniture !

Funiture of this style was retailed in department stores such as Liberty of London in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
This table is in very good condition, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home - this table would seat 6-8.
