Mahogany & amboyna parquetry table

An Edwardian highly decorative and finely carved mahogany & amboyna 2-tier occasional table, with extremely fine parquetry top.
The mahogany table has fine carving around the top rail & on the turned legs.
The parquetry top is made of amboyna & other exotic woods & depicts a decorative floral & lattice inlaid design.
This table has been constructed in the Edwardian period, although the top panel of parquetry & the lower shelf appear to be from an earlier piece of furniture, probably 18thc French & of exceptional quality.
