The marble has a reddish/pink tone & is recessed into the top, the top being of a square, moulded design.
This leads down to a shaped frieze with carved floral & foliage designs.
The top of each leg has the face of an open-mouthed dragon leading down to foliage carved decoration terminating with scrolls.
These lead down to a shelf & the four legs then terminate down to a ball & claw foot.
This piece is of excellent quality & is of stable construction.
