A large late 19thc decorative bronze table lamp in the classical style.
The piece consists of an urn with a gadrooned bowl with a pierced Grecian key pattern design leading down to a central pineapple finial.
Surrounding the bowl there are three lion masks, each holding a ring in their mouths.
The manes of the lions almost extend down into a stylised foliage design and these form part of the three supports.
The base is of a tri-from design with a pierced Grecian key pattern support leading down to three hairy paw feet terminating on a platform base.
The lamp base was possibly originally a potpourri and at a later date converted into a table lamp.
The shade shown in the photographs is in good condition, however is not new and therefore may need replacing.
This lamp is in working order but I would always recommend once purchased a qualified electrician checks it before use.
