A fine quality 19th century white carrara marble figure of a young girl supported on a turned socle - ADDITIONAL IMAGES CAN BE VIEWED BELOW:
The young girl is depicted in typical Victorian dress, wearing a bonnet covering her ringlets of hair, the bonnet being secured by a large bow.
This figure is in excellent original condition.
Provenance: from the family of Richard Assheton Cross (1823-1914) who was Home Secretary in the 2nd government of Benjamin Disraeli.
