A mid 19thc birch ladder back, rush seated rocking chair, attributed to the Lancashire region.
The back of this chair has four ladders leading down to the arms.
The rush seat is original.
There are two turned legs to the front with a turned front stretcher.
The back legs are square with two side spindles to each side.
There are rockers to the base.
